We calender most major textile categories including tire cord, aramid, polyester, cotton, nylon and other commercial fabrics. You are welcome to supply your own raw material, but to help our customers lower cost and lead time, we stock a broad range of material from both domestic and international vendors. PROCESS CAPABILITIES
If your product requires added textile strength, we are one of the few calendering operations in the country that performs friction coating. Rubber is pressed into the material, binding the textile yarns or cords together, in a way that doesn’t impact the overall gauge. We also offer skim coating services which is used most often in applications that require textile protection (such as product molding and conveyor belting). Our operators focus on uniform consistency and have processes in place to ensure products meet expectations in gauge, weight, and consistency.
